Order Delays
- U.S. Orders: Eligible for a refund or reshipment after 45 days from the shipping date
- International Orders: Eligible after 60 days
- Brazil Orders: Eligible after 110 days
- Orders without tracking information are also covered
Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly provide a full refund or a replacement — just send us photo or video proof of the damage.
Incorrect or Missing Items
Received the wrong item or something missing from your package?
We’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement once we receive photo or video evidence of the issue.
Orders Marked as Delivered
If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive your package:
- We are unable to refund unless you provide non-delivery certification from your local post office
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they haven't been processed or shipped yet
- Print-on-demand and preorder items cannot be canceled once payment is completed
Do I Need to Return the Product?
In most cases, no. We don’t require customers to send items back in order to receive a refund or replacement. We aim to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
