RAYS Wellness PRO was born from a lifelong passion for wellness, health and fitness, and a tribute to a late father, Ray. He lived with strength, joy, and purpose, demonstrating that true health comes when wellness and fitness work together; resulting in the key to a long, fulfilling life.

With over 30 years of fitness training and personal wellness experience, RAYS Wellness PRO was started to help others reclaim their vitality through smarter movement, recovery, and self-care tools.
